From barrel to glass
Five stations on the way of every bottle, from the sun on the hill to the glass on your table.
First, light
Good grapes need sun and time. Here, we don't shorten the road.
Then, the grapes
We work with local grapes. That is what gives the wine its character.
Then, time in the barrel
A good red wine needs patience. We let it rest in the barrel for as long as it needs.
Only then, the bottle
In a small winery every detail counts, from the harvest until the bottle reaches you.
And finally, one glass
On your table, with your people. Everything else was done for this moment.
